Art Therapy
Individual Art Therapy is a type of expressive therapy that combines psychotherapeutic techniques with the creative process of making art. Sessions typically start with a conversation between you and the therapist, where you can share your reasons for seeking support and discover how the therapist can assist you.

Group Workshops
Our group sessions provide a supportive space for individuals who may feel isolated, offering an opportunity to connect with others facing similar experiences. Each group integrates art-making, movement, relaxation techniques, and talk-therapy to promote connectedness and self-awareness.

Art Therapy Online is an excellent option for clients in remote or regional areas where access to therapeutic services is limited.
Through online sessions via Zoom, you will share your artwork in real-time, and engage in the creative process—all from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
