At Mallee Therapies, we use the transformative power of art to support personal growth and mental well-being. Through creative techniques, we provide a safe space for self-discovery, helping individuals, particularly those who are neurodiverse or have ADHD, to build confidence, improve focus, and express emotions. Our goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through art therapy.




Hi. I'm Sophie
The founder of Mallee Therapies, and I’m deeply passionate about the power of art to support personal growth and self-expression. Certified in Clinical and Educational Art Therapy, my journey in this field has been shaped by my desire to help people from all walks of life navigate their unique challenges, whether it’s trauma, neurodiversity, mental health struggles, physical disabilities, or communication barriers.

I’ve always believed in the transformative power of creativity. It’s a tool that allows us to explore our emotions, break down barriers, and unlock new ways of thinking and being. My work with clients, including those with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and more, is focused on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to express themselves and find clarity.​
